Tam has provided 189 posts and workshops comprise of 27 home coming 24 hour posts along the home coming route as well as 162 standby workshops scattered around Sumatera, Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan, Sulawesi to Papua. That means almost 80% of Toyota authorized workshops will stay open to accompany their customers during Lebaran holiday.

This holiday campaign aims to give satisfaction and the best of service for Toyota's loyal customers. Toyota also provides posts and workshops to service the customers' vehicles so they can have a safe and comfortable home coming trip.

This Holiday Campaign program is a continuation of the Pre-Holiday Campaign which previously already been held on 16^th of July to August 4^th 2012 in the entire Toyota's authorized workshops in Indonesia.

General Manager Corporate Planning and Public Relation PT TAM, Widyawati Sodigdo refers to this program as an appreciation from Toyota to their customers as well as a commitment to accompany their loyal customers' home coming trip.

During the Holiday Campaign, Toyota provides Toyota 24 hour standby posts available from 16^th to 26^th of August 2012, Toyota 24 hour workshops also from 16^th to 26^th of August 2012 and stay open workshop during the holiday on 16^th, 18^th and 20^th to 25^th of August 2012.

Several free of charge facilities that are already waiting for Toyota's loyal customers in the home coming posts are as follow snacks and beverages, satellite TV shows, back and feet massager as well as free Wi-Fi internet connection.
