The 2012 Astra Holiday Campaign (AHC) sets to accompany homecoming travellers with services across Sumatera, Java and Bali.
Carmall.com - PT Astra International Tbk extends its services to Astra consumers during their homecoming travels. To make the 2012 Astra Holiday Campaign (AHC) a success, Astra has added more standby workshops and homecoming posts across Sumatera, Java to Bali.As with the year before, the 2012 AHC (August 15-21, 2012) will also have the support of Astra Group companies, such as Toyota, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Peugeot, BMW, UD Trucks, AstraWorld, Garda Oto, Astra Credit Companies and Astra Oto Parts. However, this year includes the participation of Astra Honda Motor (AHM).
"Through the Astra Holiday Campaign homecoming service, Astra means to assist customers for their Lebaran homecoming travels to be safe and convenient until they reach their hometown," explained Suparno Djasmin, Deputy Director of PT Astra International Tbk, at the 2012 AHC launch in Sunter, Jakarta, on Tuesday (14/8).
To increase the level of service, Astra is setting up another standby post, located on the Palikanci Toll Road, Cirebon. In total, Astra will be providing 9 standby posts, each located on KM57 Cikampek Toll Road, KM80 Cisarua, KM45 Merak Toll Road, Nagrek, KM226A Palikanci Toll Road (Cirebon), Alas Roban, Buntu, Caruban (Madiun) and Tabanan (Bali).
Astra has also added the number of standby workshops from previously 59 to 62. These workshops will stay open on Eid ul-Fitr to provide service to customers.
Other provided facilities include 33 AstraWorld Emergency Road Assistance (ERA) units, 27 Garda Siaga units, 21 service cars and 40 Honda Care (customer assistance and road emergency) motorcycle units.
