After a clean swipe of three golds, AstraWorld entitle to represents Asia Pacific to compete internationally, next October.

Carmall.com - AstraWorld once again represents Indonesia to compete in the 7th Ranking Best Performers in The Contact Centre World 2012 - Best in Asia Pacific. The event was held in Sentosa Resorts World, Singapore 9 to 13 July 2012, Contact Centre AstraWorld was able to win nine awards making them as the best in the Asia Pacific.

AstraWorld Contact Centre team's struggle is not an easy one since they have to compete against 200 finalists from 31 corporations from 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Here, these contact centre practitioners share their experiences with the others about what and how they perform their duty in their company.

The assessment process cover centre performance, focus on staffs/employees, overall strategy and plan, tips for enhancing a centre and answers that were given during the question and answer session.

In the end, AstraWorld managed to win nine awards these are the Gold Medal Winner for Recruitment, Gold Medal Winner for Green Contact Centre, Golf Medal Winner for Direct Response Campaign, Silver Medal Winner for Outsourcing Partnership, Silver Medal Winner for Sales Campaign, Silver Medal Winner for Sales Professional, Bronze Medal Winner for Technology Innovation, Bronze Medal Winner for Help Desk and Bronze Medal Winner for Customer Service.

Note that this competition is also held in three regions, Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe and in America. AstraWorld success in winning three gold medals delivers them to continue to the world's competition in Las Vegas, United States on 29th to 2nd of November 2012.
