Carmall.com - PT Nissan Motor Indonesia (NMI) expands its service network for the regions of Sumatera, Sulawesi, as well as adding three new outlets on the Island of Java. Nationally, Nissan's authorised dealers now number at 76 outlets and offer the 3S concept (sales, service and sparepart).

"Since the start of the 2012 financial year (April) to the present, Nissan's number of official outlets has grown six more over the previous 70, and all implement the RVI (Retail Visual Identity) standards according to the RVI standards of Nissan Japan," revealed Teddy Irawan, NMI's Vice President Director of Sales and Marketing, on Thursday (12/7) in Jakarta, while adding that in the future (by March 2013), the number of outlets will be 90 to support the sales target of 90,000 units or 10% market share.

In addition to expanding its sales and service network, NMI also said that providing the best after sales service has also become one of the company's most important goal. "Further than creating a strong network, the facilities and performance of frontliners at every outlet have also been countinously improved to provide convenience and satisfaction to Nissan consumers in particular and the public in general," explained Teddy.

The new 3S showrooms are called Nissan Lubuk Linggau (Sumatera), Nissan Gorontalo (Sulawesi), while on the Island of Java are Nissan Kediri and Nissan Solo Baru, and Nissan Ciedug in Jakarta. These five Nissan official branches offer workshops that have the latest equipments while providing service by appointment and bonuses in the form of free wash and vacuum. Spacious and comfortable waiting rooms with WiFi internet connection are also offered.
