In order to keep up, on this year's Lebaran holiday Ford Motor Indonesia also presents a special program for the customers on their home coming trip. Carrying 'Lebaran Siaga Ford 2012' theme, this US automaker is seriously giving a maximum service so that their customers feel safe and comfortable.

"This program will give Ford's customers a peace of mind. We hope that they will be satisfied with products and services from Ford", said Bagus Susanto, Managing Director PT Ford Motor Indonesia (FMI) in his press release, Tuesday (14/8).

Starting from 16 to 26^th of August, across Java and Bali, Ford will be providing 24 hour standby auto workshops. Their location is at Ford Jakarta Timur, Ford Tangerang, Ford Kelapa Gading, Ford Bogor, Ford Cirebon, Ford Bandung, Ford Tegal, Ford Semarang, Ford Kudus, Ford East Java and Ford Denpasar.

Spare-parts service and mobile service, emergency roadside assistance (ERA) and 24 hour customer call centre, are fully dedicated to all Ford users. Special for ERA service, Ford provides towing services, battery and replacement also refuelling service in times of emergency.
