"In spite of its seemingly 'tough' SUV figure, the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is quite woman friendly" (Rifat Sungkar, national rally racer)

Carmall.com - There is something interesting in the Mitsubishi Outlander launching procession in the Ball Room 1, Pacific Place, Jakarta (10/7). First is the performance of the "Indonesia Mencari Bakat" finalist, a talent show from the local TV station, Rumingkang dance group.

Aside from their attractive dance performance that lures the attention of the journalists who attended the event, though whether it's a coincidence or not as the five personnel of Rumingkang are all ladies. Hmm, SUV and ladies… Could this mean that the Outlander Sport can be included into the woman's friendly category?

This very question was then asked by the beautiful presenter, Cathy Sharon to national rally racer, Rifat Sungkar, at the product knowledge presentation.

"Even though SUV image is identical with toughness but Mitsubishi Outlander Sport can be considered as woman's friendly. It has a high ground clearance and it exudes a first impression that will attract urban woman who wants a vehicle that holds a high sense of confidence, same thing as they need stiletto", explained Rifat Sungkar, who has 15 years of his life spent in racing in the international scene with the support from Mitsubishi.

"Plus with an ample cabin, it allows easy access for the driver as well as the passengers, because it has a considerably wide design for its doors. Mitsubishi Outlander Sport also packs a big volume for its luggage trunk to further accommodates what women want."

Outside those explanations above, other advantages that the Outlander Sport offers is its short turning radius which is only 5.3 metres. "This certainly helps in a matter of practical driving, since it works very well when performing small maneuver in the inner city traffic especially when looking for a parking spot in the city's shopping mall", he added.

After hearing these explanations, Cathy points another question to Rifat Sungkar. "Is this car also concerns about the children needs?"

"Once again, even though it is shaped in an SUV form, but it has a maximum protection for a vehicle. Aside from having the standard safety features as a modern car should have such as airbag features and ABS (anti-lock braking system), EBD (electronic brake distribution) as well as BA (Brake Assist), on the back row seats there is a standard hook for child's seat. So it's proven then, if Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is able to fully accommodate your needs, as an individual, gender and family", said Rifat Sungkar added with a dash of promotional pep talk.
