Carmall.com - Sunday (22/7), the Nissan Livina Club (NLC) celebrated their 5th anniversary by breaking fast together with members of its administrating board and representatives of regional coordinators (Koordinator Daerah/Koorda) at the Sari Kuring Restaurant in SCBD, Jakarta. The club's date of foundation was actually on July 21st, 2007.

"Entering its 5th year, NLC has three wishes, the increased quality and quantity of its members, solidity between members, and to become a more law-abiding organisation. As the challenges ahead will be even more tougher, NLC hopes to become bigger and more solid," said Nasution Barlian, ID number NLC-1109, NLC's chairman for 2011-2013.

40 NLC members attended the event. After finishing their fast-breaking meals, this club which has 2,200 member reminisced the club's journey since its foundation five years ago. The chairman then gave some advice on the meaning of togetherness for a community.

"NLC's final goal is to form a group of Nissan Livina lovers who are anticipatic, or quick to respond. The pattern of a good community is coordination and coercion-free, because this community is founded on a mutual interest," said the guy who's often called Edho.

Jefri, founder and creator of NLC, who also attended the event, underlined that the key to developing a community is to avoid personal agendas. "Remembering the first meeting with NLC creators at Menteng Park, which was then followed by NLC's maiden tour to Bandung, this community wouldn't have survived without the support of our friends. Hopefully, NLC will keep on moving, continue the cooperation, and grow even more bigger and bigger," he said.

The event continued with a praying session and candle-blowing. After the procession, the members got 'narcissistic' and eagerly wanted to have their photos taken together. Prior to this event, several anniversary celebrations by communities of Nissan Livina owners or of similar types, such as Grand Livina, Livina and Latio, have already started.

Including on June 29 to July 1, where NLC held a tour to Sukabumi, which was participated by 82 NLC members and family to a total of 320 participants. They came from the Jabodetabek area, as well as Cikarang, Karawang, Purwokerto and Palembang. While at the same time, NLC East Java and Central Java also held a tour and a social charity activity. "Thank you for the support of the members of all Koorda and media friends who have given their time to attend this NLC anniversary celebration and fast-breaking event," closed Edho.
