Straight from Japan, 2 advanced robots have been brought from the development of RnD Toyota, Robina and Humanoid. Indonesia is the third country to be given the chance to watch this robot's sophistication live. The grand appearance Robina and Humanoid was during Shanghai International Motor Show then in Thailand and then the third one in Indonesia.

The development concept from Robina and Humanoid is to create an artificial intelligence which can help a daily human life. This robot is a combination from communication system excellence, artificial intelligence and moving sensor.

Humanoid is a human-form robot. In this exhibition Humanoid shows its ability to play violin, walk and moves its body humanlike. Both hands of Humanoid and its wrist can move well. This Humanoid will be developed to help the house chores.

Robina is a robot created to the use in the hospital. Robina, which is represented as a woman, is able to do jobs independently without human command, walk, bring and move things and also able to be a patient's keeper when in a hospital.

Toyota started the development of robots since 1970's, started with the robots for industries. Then in the 90's they started to develop the idea creating robots which will be later be used for human in their daily lives. "These two robots are the proof of Toyota's technological advancement and also Toyota's wish to see a better human life" said Hiroyoki Murakami, designer of RnD Toyota Motor Corporation.
