Carmall.com - Last June, PT Mazda Motor Indonesia had introduced the New Mazda2 hatchback facelift and now this automaker who bears the winged "M" logo launched adds another refreshment product, in a form of a sedan. Even though MMI does not immediately release this product to the media, but it's already confirmed that the New Mazda2 sedan can already be ordered.

This can also be seen by our observation at the Mazda exhibition in Central Park, West Jakarta. This New Mazda2 sedan facelift appears in their booth along with Mazda Big Deal purchase program also the launching of New Mazda BT-50 Pro (20/7), yesterday.

"This New Mazda2 Sedan comes in to broaden the selection for our customers. It is an innovative vehicle with sleek, sporty and stylish design so that a fun driving experience is inevitable", stated Keizo Okue, President Director PT. Mazda Motor Indonesia in Central Park (20/7).

For its power generator, New Mazda2 still depends on the same engine as before, a 1.500 cc 4-cylinder with acceleration up to 76hp and 135 Nm of torque. This engine is equipped with two choices of transmission, manual (5-speed) and automatic (4-speed).

Meanwhile, strong contoured lines on its exterior is one of the most stand out features of the New Mazda 2 sedan, it is purposely applied to create a sporty and unique look. New Mazda2 Sedan has several new features that consist of halogen headlights which are installed for the V type, while the R type is equipped with projector halogen headlamp. The rest of the exterior pleasantries are as follow; front fog lamps and turn signal lamps on its side-view mirrors, side spoiler and rear muffler extension that could also be found in the R type.

While for its inside, the interior offers a five adults seating capacity with spacious trunk including rear seats that could be folded with 60/40 division thus allows easy access for the passengers to bring more luggage. The trunk room is provided with 450 litres capacity and able to fit your groceries and compartments for trinkets and smaller stuffs

This five doors sedan also has an internet browser feature and a GPS system and it is offered starting from Rp. 229 million (type V, M/T), Rp 238 million (Type V, A/T) and the highest variant for Rp. 253 million (Type R, A/T).
