Toyota also contributed in synchronizing the curriculum, teaching facilities, trainings, on top of absorbing the workforce. In fact, to technical high scools that meet certain standards, Toyota donated props, including whole cars, car frames, and engines, as well as body and repair tools. The purpose is for creating an industry-ready workforce.

The props were presented by the President Director of Toyota-Astra Motor, Johnny Darmawan, to the Vice Minister of National Education, Fasli Jalal, which in turn were presented to principals of two qualified technical high schools; Desi L. of SMKN 2 Manado and H. Syahril of SMKN 2 Pekanbaru.

The aid is hoped to increase the knowledge and skills of the students, giving them a better chance in capturing employement or sustaining them in becoming entrepreneurs.
