Carmall.com - The re-launching of Toyota Land Cruiser in a form of New Toyota Land Cruiser 200 yesterday (17/4), is certainly become the answer for the car's fans in Indonesia. What's even more interesting is PT. Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) offers this latest generation of their legendary SUV in a less expensive price than its predecessor.

Compared to the previous version which been retailed for Rp. 2.2 billion, this Land Cruiser 200 sports a price tag of only Rp. 1,185 billion (standard version) to Rp. 1,475 billion (full spec). Why so?

"The decreased price does not mean that the New Toyota Land Cruiser 200 has been downgraded for its specification. We even add several features that will support the Land Cruiser owner's activity in order to obtain the full experience of driving a tough, comfortable yet luxurious vehicle", opens Johnny Darmawan, President Director of PT. TAM.

Johnny adds that special price was given for Indonesian market is because of a special negotiation that has been made between PT. TAM and Toyota Motor Corp. (TMC). "Indonesia is considered as one of the four countries with the highest selling figure of Toyota's products. This particular potential that made TMC to agree on giving a special price for buyers in Indonesia", he continues.

New Toyota Land Cruiser also been adorned with latest features such as VSC, Multi Terrain ABS and Hill-Start Assist Control. It uses KDSS (Kinetic Design Suspension System) technology as its suspension system. These features were installed to guarantees the owner's comfort in an off-road track. Renovation also been applied to the car's entertainment system and as a result the combination of 9 inch monitor display and JBL Synthesis audio system with 14 speakers is indeed satisfying.

Tam hopes that the New Toyota Land Cruiser 200 can be considered as buzz-worthy for the automotive and sport utility vehicle (SUV) market in Indonesia, as well as providing the customers with an alternative choice for those who seek a tough, comfortable yet elegant vehicle.
